Terms of Use
70 DYNASTY REAL SDN. BHD., a company registered in Malaysia ("70 DYNASTY," "we," "our"), provides a platform (as defined below) for writers and publishers to distribute and monetize their original works ("work" or "works"). These Terms of Use apply to the rights mentioned herein as well as any subsequent usage instructions, rules, policies, and procedures that may be issued by 70 DYNASTY. These terms govern the relationship between 70 DYNASTY and its users ("users," "you"), including all services, features, or content accessed through mobile applications ("applications") and any content available via mobile devices through the platform ("services"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 70 DYNASTY and you.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you fully accept these terms and agree to comply with them. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform and have no right to access, view, or otherwise use it for any purpose.

The platform may include links to third-party content or embedded materials, such as other websites or services, for the convenience of visitors, advertising purposes, or other functions related to 70 DYNASTY's operations. Linking or embedding third-party content does not constitute endorsement or advertisement of the goods, services, or content provided by third parties.

70 DYNASTY is not responsible for any third-party content linked to or from the platform and explicitly disclaims liability for the accuracy of information or quality of products on third-party sites.

70 DYNASTY reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes. 70 DYNASTY may also restrict, terminate, or suspend access to any content on the platform at any time without notice or liability.
1. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must be at least 12 years old. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that:
  1. (a) You are at least 12 years old;
  2. (b) You have not been previously suspended or removed from the services;
  3. (c) Your registration and use of the platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms and have the authority to ensure compliance.
2. User License
  1. 2.1 Subject to your compliance with these terms, 70 DYNASTY grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform for the purposes specified herein.
  2. 2.2 No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under these terms, and all rights, title, and interest remain with the applicable owners.
3. Registration and Account
  1. 3.1 Certain platform features require you to register for a 70 DYNASTY account ("Account"). All information provided during account registration must be accurate, true, and promptly updated as needed.
  2. 3.2 Your account is unique to you, and you are responsible for its security and any activities conducted under it.
  3. 3.3 You may delete your account, but doing so will result in losing access to all or parts of the platform.
  4. 3.4 70 DYNASTY reserves the right to disable, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, particularly for violations of these terms.
4. Content Policy
  1. 4.1 The Content Policy governs the use of any content uploaded by authors and publishers to the platform. You must read and agree to the Content Policy before uploading any works.
  2. 4.2 All rights not expressly granted to 70 DYNASTY remain with you. 70 DYNASTY does not claim ownership of your content.
5. Feedback
  1. 5.1 You may submit feedback, such as comments or suggestions, regarding the platform ("Feedback"). By doing so, you grant 70 DYNASTY a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your Feedback for any purpose, in any media, without compensation.
  2. 5.2 Feedback must not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights, nor violate any laws or regulations.
  3. 5.3 70 DYNASTY may remove or restrict Feedback that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate your account.
6. Restricted User Conduct
  1. 6.1 You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or perform services without authorization.
  2. 6.2 You may not alter or access the platform through unauthorized methods, such as bots or other automated systems.
7. Payment Terms
  1. 7.1 Access to certain features may require payment. Fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are non-refundable.
  2. 7.2 70 DYNASTY reserves the right to adjust prices and encourages users to review pricing regularly.
  3. 7.3 Payments are processed via your selected payment method, including third-party providers, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for purchased credits, which cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.
9. Disclaimer
  1. 9.1 The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
  2. 9.2 70 DYNASTY is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
  1. 10.1 70 DYNASTY is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use.
  2. 10.2 Total liability for any claim is limited to RM 2,500.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify 70 DYNASTY against any claims or liabilities arising from your platform use or violation of these terms.
12. Promotions
Additional terms may apply to promotional activities, which take precedence over these terms.
13. Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact 70 DYNASTY at [email protected] with a detailed notice.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
